Spring at Savvy Skirts!

With spring finally upon us, it is time to blow off the protective blankets of winter and get outside for a new fresh perspective. For most everyone, spring has a familiar fresh smell of cut grass and colorful flowers blooming. At this time of year I am trained to think in shades of pastel, which evokes fun childhood memories of Easter egg hunting. Now I see my daughter’s face as she enjoys running around in the warm sun in our backyard and watch her soak up the imagination that this new beginning brings. I love knowing that she has the freedom to just be a girl….. endless energy, imagination and full of adventure without a care in the world. Ahhhh…..imagination, fun, new beginnings… Just being out in the fresh air somehow allows the creativity to flow and the sunshine to inspire.

We too at Savvy Skirts are blowing of the cold of winter with some new beginnings this spring. We are updating our website with all the latest retail therapy for yourself & your girlfriends, and also opening a Savvy Skirts Boutique in May 2008 that will truly feature smart products for smart gals. The store will emphasize the different roles women play in life with themed sections for the Domestic Diva, the She-E-O, the Mom & family nurturer, and of course our favorite, the Girlfriend, to name just a few. Also, we will be featuring some of our newest cool gifts for our Savvy Squirts baby and Savvy Sweet tween sections. The boutique will be located in Half Moon Bay Harbor in the Shops at Harbor Village, part of the luxurious new Oceano Resort & Spa. We will also be launching our Savvy Seminar series where you can come have some fun and learn about creative women who have innovation to share. Our mission is to inspire women and to add a little *pizzazz* to the daily grind of life. More to come in April!
